About Khlong Thom Nuea Subdistrict
Khlong Thom Nuea (คลองท่อมเหนือ) is a subdistrict east of Khlong Thom's district centre in Krabi. The Community Development Department describes plains and low hills, with headwater forest and streams including Khlong Bang Khram, Khlong Tiao and Khlong Nam Daeng.
The Emerald Pool is a specific local destination in the Khao Pra–Bang Khram wildlife-sanctuary setting, also listed by the tambon authority. The administrative area is broader than the pool and its nature trails. Follow the responsible site's current entry and conservation arrangements; the tambon point is not a visitor entrance or a statement about swimming access.
