About Ko Nang Kham
Ko Nang Kham lies in the Songkhla Lake system in Phatthalung's Pak Phayun District. The physical island is distinct from the same-named subdistrict and municipality, which publish information for the wider local administrative area.
Local tourism focuses on lake scenery, community life and viewpoints. The feature promoted as Grand Canyon Ko Nang Kham is a former excavation site with exposed rock faces, rather than a natural river canyon.
Choose the particular village, waterfront or viewpoint you intend to visit and confirm the road or boat approach locally. Do not treat a general island reference as the location of every tourism stop, and check the current status of individual facilities.
Follow local signs and keep back from exposed rock edges at the former quarry. Community and lakeside outings can be combined at an unhurried pace, with respect for homes, religious sites and working fishing areas. No fixed attraction hours, entrance fees or access guarantees are assumed for the whole island.
