Ko Jum

Ko Jum, also known as Ko Pu, is a lived-in island of villages and west-coast beaches in Ko Si Boya Subdistrict, south of Krabi town. · 9.8 km away

About Ko Si Boya

Ko Si Boya, also written Ko Siboya or Ko Sri Boya, is a physical island in Ko Si Boya Subdistrict, Nuea Khlong District. It is one island within that administrative area, which also covers other islands; statistics for the whole subdistrict should not be presented as this island’s population.

The island’s character is rural, with rubber-growing hills, fishing-community life and mangrove-fringed shores. Its beaches and tidal flats differ from the broad resort beaches of better-known neighbouring islands, making it more appropriate for a quiet village-based stay.

Local boat crossings connect the island with the Laem Hin and Laem Kruat mainland area. Confirm which pier and landing your host uses, the day’s last return and how to continue from the landing to your accommodation.

Tides affect shoreline access and swimming conditions, with shallow flats and rocky sections exposed at low water. Plan around the local crossing and your host’s advice rather than assuming a large ferry terminal or a fixed year-round timetable. Island-specific dated population and accessibility facilities remain unconfirmed.
