About Mae Lan Subdistrict
Mae Lan (ตำบลแม่ลาน) is a subdistrict in Mae Lan District, Pattani. It is one of the district's three tambons alongside Pa Rai and Muang Tia, and is separate from Mae Lan in Li District, Lamphun.
Ban Khlong Sai in village 5 is identified in current government reporting as a community setting for local youth and public-space improvement activity. This illustrates the tambon's village-based civic life. The wider district and this subdistrict share a name, but district-wide statistics, routes and institutions must not automatically be assigned to the tambon.
Use the village or institution's full address when arranging transport or a community visit. Confirm the host and meeting place before travelling; a report about a local activity does not establish a regularly open visitor programme. Check that online council information refers to Pattani rather than the same-named Lamphun tambon.
