About Makok Nuea Subdistrict
Makok Nuea (มะกอกเหนือ) is a subdistrict of Khuan Khanun District, Phatthalung. Municipal history identifies Pak Khlong as an earlier water-and-rail trading centre within this area.
The municipal profile describes low plains and sloping land around Khao Thong, with Khlong Tha Nae, Khlong Pradu Riang and Khlong Khok Mo defining parts of the town's surroundings. Named urban communities include Talat Mai, Pradu Riang and Khao Thong.
