About Muang Tia Subdistrict

Muang Tia (ตำบลม่วงเตี้ย) is a subdistrict in Mae Lan District, Pattani. It is separate from the identically named tambon in Ang Thong, whose local-government website should not be used for Pattani directions or services.

Official Buddhist-office records locate Wat Plak Prue in the village of the same name, while government education records identify Ban Tan Yong within the tambon. University community-learning activity also involves schools from Muang Tia. These references describe an inhabited administrative area containing several local institutions, not a single attraction or school campus.

Give the full Mae Lan district and Pattani address when arranging a visit. Contact the particular school, temple or community host before travelling; institutional activities do not imply unrestricted public access. The general tambon marker should not replace an agreed village meeting point.
