About Palian Subdistrict

Palian (ตำบลปะเหลียน) is a subdistrict in Palian District, Trang. It is one administrative part of the larger district; the shared name does not mean that every Palian district beach, island or government office lies here.

Recent Community Development Department reporting places Ton Te Waterfall at Ban Khuan Mai Dam in village 2. University cultural research also records the waterfall's local naming tradition, while community studies describe settlements near the Banthat forest landscape. The waterfall remains a distinct natural site within this wider tambon.

Confirm the waterfall's current access and responsible forest authority's guidance before travelling. Use the actual entrance or agreed village meeting point. Mountain waterways can change rapidly with rain, and the tambon's reference coordinate is not a trailhead.
