About Pulakong Subdistrict

Pulakong (ปุลากง), also written Pula Kong, is a subdistrict of Yaring District in Pattani. Official administrative mapping identifies it as a separate tambon, although local-government service arrangements can cover more than one subdistrict. The geographic boundary should therefore be distinguished from a council's service area.

Government village and education records identify communities such as Paso Mayo, Bue Nae Lati and Cho Kue Yae, as well as Ban Pulakong School. These are useful address landmarks within the wider inland locality; a school or village name is not a substitute for the entire tambon.

Arrange a local visit around a specific host and meeting point. Keep the Thai spelling with the full Yaring address, since English transliterations vary. Community meetings and religious spaces require local agreement, and the general geographic reference point should not be used as an office or attraction entrance.
