About Puyu Subdistrict
Puyu (ปูยู), code 910110, belongs to Mueang Satun District. The local authority locates Tham Lot Puyu at Khao Kayang, where Khlong Tha Chin passes through a limestone opening bordered by mangroves. Department of Marine and Coastal Resources reporting links community planning here with mangrove conservation, fisheries, aquaculture and seafood processing. The cave and coastal communities form parts of the tambon rather than defining its entire boundary.
