About Sano Subdistrict
Sano (สะนอ), code 941004, is a subdistrict of Yarang in Pattani. Royal Development Projects Board records describe a learning centre at Ban Sano and activities at Ban Khanga in village 4, including mixed cropping and cooking or baking skills. A 2026 Community Development Department report documents the Bu Nga Sano community enterprise in village 1, showing the continuing importance of locally organised food production.
Distinguish this Pattani tambon from similarly romanised places elsewhere in Thailand. Use Ban Sano, Ban Khanga or another exact community address when arranging a visit.
