About Saphli Subdistrict

Saphli (ตำบลสะพลี) is a subdistrict of Pathio District, Chumphon. The subdistrict administration identifies both coastal lowlands and inland foothill areas, with Thung Wua Laen Beach among its notable places.

Fishing communities occupy parts of the coast, while rubber and oil-palm cultivation feature inland. Local government is split between Saphli Municipality and the subdistrict administration, including divided village areas; neither authority's service-area statistics should automatically be treated as whole-tambon figures.

Choose the beach, fishing village or inland address you intend to reach. Thung Wua Laen is one part of a wider inhabited subdistrict, and beachfront facilities belong to individual operators. Check sea conditions and the intended access locally; an administrative point does not identify a swimming area or public parking entrance.
