About Tha Hin Subdistrict
Tha Hin (ท่าหิน) belongs to Sathing Phra District, Songkhla, distinct from Tha Hin in Chumphon. Community Organisations Development Institute documentation describes a resource base of rice fields, palmyra palms and aquatic life from Songkhla Lake. University field research records the locally recognised nod–na–le way of life: working with palmyra, rice farming and fishing, including large lift nets. These activities belong to resident working communities rather than a single purpose-built attraction.
Arrange a palm-work, farming or fishing-community visit with a host and confirm the village and meeting point. Activities depend on local work schedules and conditions. The administrative map centre is separate from a boat landing, palm-processing house or community learning site.
