About Tha Kham Subdistrict
Tha Kham (ตำบลท่าข้าม) is a subdistrict in Tha Sae District, Chumphon, distinct from other places of the same name in Surat Thani, Trang and elsewhere. Its local plan identifies fifteen villages.
The council describes low hills and foothill plains alongside lower land around Khlong Rap Ro. Neighbours include Khu Ring and Tha Sae to the north, Na Kratam to the east, and Rap Ro and Hin Kaeo to the west. The administrative office is in village 4, one location within a much wider rural area.
Use a village or individual destination address when travelling. The river landscape and adjoining tambons are useful orientation, but do not establish a boat route or public riverbank access. The tambon's representative map point should not replace directions to an institution, farm or host.
