Thamnop (ตำบลทำนบ) is a subdistrict in Singhanakhon District, Songkhla. Its administrative territory includes areas served by different local authorities, so the wider Singhanakhon municipality is not equivalent to the whole tambon.
Public Relations Department reporting describes local efforts to revive Chak Phra by water, reflecting the community's longstanding connection with Khlong Sathing Mo.
