The local authority describes predominantly lowland terrain suited to rice cultivation, livestock and village settlement. The Land Development Department identifies Khlong Takhian, Khlong Chaiya and other canals in the local water network.

Eastern parts include the Khlong Tha Nian forest and Khlong Phum Riang mangrove landscape. These natural areas have different locations and access arrangements from the farming villages. Use a named village, temple or natural-site address when planning a journey through the wider tambon.
