About Trang Islands
Ko Muk and Ko Kradan are prominent beach and excursion destinations, while Ko Libong and Ko Sukon have established fishing and farming communities. The Lao Liang pair and the smaller Chueak and Waen islands add different limestone and reef settings. This regional grouping crosses several districts and protected areas: it is not a single national park, and each island retains its own identity and access arrangements.
Choose the island before choosing a transfer. Pak Meng, Kuan Tung Ku, Hat Yao and the Palian coast serve different routes, so a generic Trang island ticket may not match your destination. Decide whether you need a day excursion or an overnight transfer. The published June-September 2026 Hat Chao Mai closure period has passed, but individual cave, reef and landing restrictions still require confirmation. Follow the rules of the specific park or community you visit.
