Vibhaphirom Park (สวนวิภาภิรมย์) is a neighbourhood public park in Vibhavadi Rangsit Soi 18 Yaek 3, Chom Phon. It opened on 24 September 2021 as one of the Green Bangkok 2030 pilot projects, converting Treasury Department land into public green space under Chatuchak District Office’s care.
The garden was designed through consultation with the surrounding community. Its original facilities included trees, an activity area, outdoor exercise equipment, public toilets, lighting and CCTV. It serves a local recreation purpose rather than being a national park or a protected forest reserve.
