About Wat Chan Subdistrict
Wat Chan (วัดจันทร์) belongs to Sathing Phra District, Songkhla. The Fisheries Department annual report identifies the Ban Bo Pradu community and its local fisheries-conservation group in village 3, working in the Gulf of Thailand coastal setting. The provincial Buddhist-affairs register separately places Wat Chan temple in village 5. The tambon and its namesake temple are distinct entities, with resident and working communities extending beyond the religious compound.
Use the specific village, landing or temple for the final approach. Arrange fishing-community visits with a local host and follow current guidance at religious sites. The administrative reference point does not identify a boat departure point or the temple entrance.
