About Cho Bo Subdistrict

Cho Bo (ตำบลจอเบาะ), often written Jobok, is a subdistrict southwest of Yi-ngo's district centre in Narathiwat. Its local development plan places the SAO office at Ban Kho in village 5 and identifies neighbouring Lubo Baya, Yi-ngo and Marue Bo Tok.

The plan describes higher ground and foothills in the centre and west, lower rice-growing land in the east and north, and mountainous areas on parts of the western and southern sides. Rubber and fruit cultivation occupy suitable uplands. Khlong Cho Bo and other small streams support the village landscape, though water availability varies seasonally.

Specify the village when arranging transport or a farm visit; Cho Bo covers several settlements rather than one visitor compound. Ask local hosts about access after rain and before entering agricultural land. The administrative map point is a geographic reference, while the council office and any cultural or natural sites require their own directions.
