About Kaluwo Nuea Subdistrict
Kaluwo Nuea (กะลุวอเหนือ), administrative code 960106, is separate from Kaluwo to its south. The local history records its separation from Kaluwo in 1970. Its landscape includes Gulf coastline, low rice-growing land and peat-swamp areas, with sandy and acidic wetland soils influencing farming. The municipal profile lists villages including Ban Phikun Thong, Ban Khao Tanyong and Ban Bukit Ao Manao. The tambon therefore covers a wider area than any one beach, palace neighbourhood or development centre.
Specify the village or institution when travelling from Narathiwat town. Coastal destinations and wetland communities can require different access roads even within the same tambon. The authority publishes current local-service information under Kaluwo Nuea Municipality. The geographic map reference here is not a pinpoint for its office, a beach car park or an institutional visitor entrance.
