About Khao Tum Subdistrict
Khao Tum (เขาตูม), administrative code 941012, is a subdistrict of Yarang in Pattani. Its local-government profile places the administrative office in village 1 on the Highway 410 Pattani-Yala corridor. Communities include Ban Sorong and Ban Bangoyaha. The profile describes an area whose former forest landscape has changed through settlement and institutional uses, while hills, waterways and ponds remain part of its geography.
Specify the village or organisation when using a Khao Tum address. The administrative tambon is wider than any military camp, hill or village carrying the name. Entry to an institution requires its own access arrangements; the map point is a general geographic reference and does not establish a public entrance.
