About Khlong Thom Tai Subdistrict
Khlong Thom Tai (คลองท่อมใต้) is a subdistrict of Khlong Thom in Krabi. Wat Khlong Thom Museum, also named for Phra Khru Athon Sangwonkit, interprets archaeological material from Khuan Luk Pat, the mound behind the temple.
The municipal account identifies beads, stone tools and ornaments among the collections, connecting the locality with the area's early trading history. This temple-and-museum setting is distinct from the springs and forest attractions elsewhere in Khlong Thom District. Museum admission and visiting arrangements should be checked with the site; the administrative tambon reference is not its entrance.
