About Khok Sato Subdistrict
Khok Sato (โคกสะตอ) is a subdistrict of Rueso District, Narathiwat. Its official local profile describes a mixed landscape of uplands, lowlands and hills, including wooded headwater areas. Flatter ground lies towards Batong in the north, while foothills are prominent on the western side.
The council's village list includes Ban Ba Ngo Pa Tae, Ai Klu Pae, Suan Phlu, Tham Charoen and Than Nam Thip. The same profile identifies Takrai Waterfall in the Than Nam Thip village area, Moo 7. This is a specific named natural feature within the tambon, rather than the meaning of Khok Sato as a whole.
Use the village name and an exact local destination for directions. Check the approach and current access arrangements before visiting the waterfall; the general subdistrict reference point does not indicate its trailhead, parking or entrance.
