About Ko Klang Subdistrict
Ko Klang (เกาะกลาง) is a subdistrict of Ko Lanta in Krabi. Its local authority describes alternating plains and hills, with agricultural and residential lowlands in an island setting south of Khlong Yang.
The province's community-tourism records identify Ban Ra Pu in Village 1 and Ban Ra Mat in Village 2. These are communities within the wider tambon, not alternative names for the entire administrative area. Ko Klang in Ko Lanta District should also be distinguished from the similarly named island near Krabi town; the district and village name are important when checking an address.
