About Na Tham Subdistrict
Na Tham (ตำบลหน้าถ้ำ) is a subdistrict in Mueang Yala District, Yala. It includes the community around Wat Khuha Phimuk, also known as Wat Na Tham, while the tambon itself extends beyond the temple grounds.
The temple's cave contains a reclining Buddha, and official tourism material identifies local archaeological collections and nearby cave art as part of the area's heritage. ONEP's cultural-environment survey also records community earth-dyed textile products near the temple approach. These features connect religious practice, local craft and the surrounding cave landscape.
Use the specific temple, cave or community meeting point when navigating. Confirm access arrangements for collections and cave areas, follow religious-site guidance and avoid touching fragile surfaces or objects. The subdistrict reference point is not necessarily the temple entrance, and individual community businesses keep their own hours.
