About Na Thung Subdistrict
Na Thung (นาทุ่ง) belongs to Mueang Chumphon District. Community Development Department information records the older Hua Thung settlement name and Wat Na Thung around the village-2 community. It places the tambon between Na Cha-Ang to the north, Tha Yang to the south, the Gulf to the east and Chumphon town to the west. It also identifies reserved and community-forest land. Municipal documentation shows that only part of the tambon lies within Chumphon city.
Use the neighbourhood or village and actual destination address rather than assuming the city boundary covers all of Na Thung. Forest and coastal visits need current local access information. The administrative point does not locate a temple gate, trail or beach entrance.
