About Pa Kae Bo Hin Subdistrict
Pa Kae Bo Hin (ป่าแก่บ่อหิน) is an inland subdistrict of Thung Wa District, Satun. The Community Development Department describes higher land enclosed by mountains, with a mixture of hills, lower central ground and foothill areas.
The locality's land-use plan treats these differences as important to farming and settlement. Department of Mineral Resources work also documents a specific sinkhole investigation at Ban Khum Sap in Village 4. That historical investigation relates to a particular site; it should not be used to label the entire tambon unsafe or to invite entry to an unmanaged geological feature.
Use the actual village and destination for navigation. Ask about current road conditions and any managed-land restrictions before visiting rural sites. Geological features and farm plots may be on private or regulated land, so agree access with the owner or responsible authority.
