About Pa Ron Subdistrict
Pa Ron (ตำบลป่าร่อน) is a subdistrict in Kanchanadit District, Surat Thani. Council documents describe mountainous southern terrain, woodland and lower rolling agricultural land.
The higher landscape supplies streams and waterfalls, with Khlong Wat recorded through several village areas. Rubber, perennial fruit trees, coconut and oil palm feature in local land-use descriptions. The council also associates part of the forest landscape with Tai Rom Yen National Park; protected land forms only part of the wider tambon.
Choose a specific village, farm or authorised forest access before travelling. The presence of headwaters and waterfalls does not establish public trails or recreation facilities at the representative point. Confirm park permissions and current weather with the responsible authority, and arrange farm visits with local hosts.
