About Phlu Thuean Subdistrict
Phlu Thuean (พลูเถื่อน) is a subdistrict of Phanom in Surat Thani. Official park information includes land in the tambon within Khlong Phanom National Park, a limestone and evergreen-forest landscape extending across several administrative areas.
Institutional field research separately identifies Ban Bang Luek in Phlu Thuean as a foothill locality. These references describe different parts of a wider tambon; neither the park nor one village defines its entire boundary. A park visit requires the appropriate park entrance and current park information, while journeys to communities should use their own village addresses.
