About Rommani Subdistrict

Rommani (ตำบลรมณีย์) is a subdistrict in Kapong District, Phang Nga. The council records four villages: Rommani, Tha Han, Pak Khlong and Si Racha.

Its development strategy describes steep mountainous ground, relatively limited flat land and extensive forest associated with reserved and protected areas. Geological Department research identifies Rommani Hot Spring in village 4 and describes thermal outlets beside a stream. This is one particular geological locality, not a characteristic of every water source in the tambon.

Use a village or specific hot-spring destination before travelling. Confirm current access and any bathing arrangements with the responsible local authority; a geological study does not establish an operating spa. Mountain routes and streamside places should be assessed against current weather.
