About Taling Ngam Subdistrict
Taling Ngam (ตำบลตลิ่งงาม) is a subdistrict of Ko Samui District, Surat Thani. The district agricultural village table lists Saket, Ko Taen, Taling Ngam, Phang Ka and Thong Krut within its administrative area.
These communities combine Samui's southwestern coastline with an offshore island village, so a Taling Ngam address does not necessarily refer to the mainland part of Samui. Government park descriptions also identify parts of this tambon within the wider Hat Khanom–Mu Ko Thale Tai conservation geography; the park boundary is narrower than the whole tambon.
Choose the actual village and confirm whether a boat journey is needed. Arrange offshore travel with a current operator and check weather and permitted access. The administrative map point is not a pier or a park entrance.
