About Tha Maduea Subdistrict
Tha Maduea (ท่ามะเดื่อ) is a subdistrict in northwestern Bang Kaeo District, Phatthalung. The Land Development Department describes mostly level lowlands sloping gently east, forming part of the Songkhla Lake basin.
Its seven villages include Talat Bang Kaeo, Ban Ko, Sang Khayao, Tha Maduea, Hu Rae and Bang Kaeo. Khlong Tha Maduea, Khlong Mae Toei and Khlong Han Kong are identified local waterways.
The tambon is wider than Tha Maduea Municipality, whose coverage includes only parts of particular villages and also extends into Khok Sak. For a market, office or community visit, use the exact address rather than treating the municipal and tambon boundaries as identical.
