About Wang Tako Subdistrict
Wang Tako (วังตะกอ) is a subdistrict northwest of the Lang Suan district-centre area in Chumphon. The Land Development Department records thirteen villages, including Wang Tako, Khao Muang, Na Phru, Don Krachai and Hin Chang Si.
The tambon adjoins Na Kha, Laem Sai, Hat Yai, Tha Maphla and Khan Ngoen. Its administrative boundaries therefore encompass several village settings around the wider Lang Suan settlement area.
Fruit trading is one local activity: the Department of Internal Trade locates Morakot wholesale market in Village 5 of Wang Tako. The market is a specific business destination within the subdistrict, rather than the whole area. Its current trading arrangements should be checked separately.
