Eastern Airport — EAA Clubhouse & Hangars

About Eastern Airport — EAA Clubhouse & Hangars

This entry covers the EAA chapter, clubhouse and hangar reference mapped at Eastern Airport in Nong Prue, east of Pattaya. EAA’s July 2015 announcement identifies Chapter 1566 as based at Eastern Airport. The airfield-based BFA Flying Club currently describes hosting an EAA chapter and having clubhouse and hangar facilities. The reviewed EAA archive photograph shows light aircraft on the grass airfield. It was published with the July 2015 chapter announcement and does not establish today’s aircraft inventory, hangar allocation or visitor meeting point. Confirm current chapter meetings, the relevant organiser and arrival arrangements before visiting. BFA’s general airfield enquiries are listed as 061 808 7722 and info@bfaflyingclub.com; these are airfield-host contacts rather than a verified direct EAA chapter office. A current chapter-specific schedule was not established. Visitors must arrange authorised accompaniment before entering aircraft movement areas. A mapped clubhouse reference does not provide unrestricted access to hangars or the runway. The general Eastern Flying Club Airport page describes the wider airfield; this entry does not offer airline service or flight-planning instructions.
