About Cho Po Ro Subdistrict
Cho Po Ro (จ.ป.ร.) belongs to Kra Buri District, Ranong. The national archaeological database identifies the stone inscription bearing the royal monogram in village 1 beside Phet Kasem Road, near the locality boundary. Its geographic account places the site in the Chumphon drainage context, with Khlong Chan and Khlong Hin Wua named as related waterways. The tambon name, the roadside inscription and the wider Kra Buri district are separate entities.
Use the actual heritage-site or village address for the final journey along Highway 4. Check the safe access and stopping arrangements for a roadside visit. The administrative map reference is not the inscription itself, a parking place or local-authority entrance.
