About Tha Sathon Subdistrict

Tha Sathon (ตำบลท่าสะท้อน) is a subdistrict south of Phunphin's district centre in Surat Thani. Council material describes land sloping down from foothills towards lower ground in the west.

Fruit gardens, rubber, oil palm and fish-cage farming are recorded local livelihoods. The council emblem includes a hot spring and krajood sedge, reflecting distinctive local resources. District education material also identifies Khlong Tha Sathon joining the Tapi River in this tambon, connecting the area with the wider river landscape.

Select the exact village, hot-spring site or host address before a journey. A resource shown in an official emblem does not establish current bathing access, visitor facilities or opening hours. River and agricultural locations may have separate approaches from the administrative map reference.
