About Wang Maprang Subdistrict

Wang Maprang (วังมะปราง) is a subdistrict of Wang Wiset District, Trang, distinct from Wang Maprang Nuea. Its local authority describes alternating higher and lower ground, with a north–south alignment of raised terrain.

The same profile identifies Ban Bang Luek in Village 5 as a locality where extended heavy rain can cause flooding, with portions of several other villages also affected. This is useful route-planning context for particular low-lying areas; it does not mean that the whole tambon is flooded or that an old report describes present conditions.

Use the exact village and destination name when arranging a visit. Confirm the final road with a host after sustained rain and follow current local notices. The whole-area reference point represents the administrative locality, while council premises, farms and any natural viewpoints have separate approaches and access arrangements.
