About Wat Photi Samphan
Wat Photi Samphan, วัดโพธิสัมพันธ์, is a Buddhist monastery at 152 Moo 5 on Pattaya–Na Kluea Road. The government tourism account dates its founding to 1955 and explains that Prong Phansamniang donated the land, with Phra Khru Phothisan Prasat initiating the temple’s construction.
The same account links the temple’s name to the local seaside bodhi trees and part of the donor’s surname. The monastery remains a place for local worship and religious occasions; follow the signs and ask which halls are available to visitors.
For a daytime visit, the DASTA tourism listing gives 06:00–18:00. Google Maps labels the grounds open 24 hours, so do not assume that individual buildings or religious services are available throughout the night. Call the mapped temple number 038 225 453 to ask about a particular ceremony or visit.
