About Si Banphot Subdistrict

Si Banphot (ศรีบรรพต) is a mountainous subdistrict in Si Sakhon District, Narathiwat. The council describes wooded hills with some flatter agricultural land. Its village profile includes Ai Tui, La O, Tue Ngo, Ai Kue De and Ai Kue No, while the Sai Buri River passes through the areas of the first three villages.

Rubber plantations and mixed fruit cultivation, including durian, longkong and rambutan, are important parts of local livelihoods. The authority also identifies Ai Sue Do Waterfall and a rafting stretch on the Sai Buri River as natural attractions. Those descriptions establish local features, rather than confirming the availability of a particular tour or activity today.

Confirm the actual waterfall approach or any river activity with a local contact before setting out. Conditions, operating arrangements and permissions must be checked for the individual site rather than inferred from the subdistrict's map point.
